Candle of the Day - Pumpkin Cupcake

 

I thought it might be fun to do a quick recurring post featuring my favourite candle of the moment. For this first post I am going to talk about the three wick Pumpkin Cupcake candle from Bath & Body Works.


 I had this candle in my stash from last fall, but they do have it again this year. They also have the scent in hand soap, room spray, wallflowers, and so on. The website describes the scent as follows: 

“Satisfy your sweet tooth with the scent of a freshly baked pumpkin cupcake smothered in rich buttercream frosting”

 I would say that is a pretty accurate description of this candle. To me it smells a lot like the regular Frosted Cupcake candle, but with a hint of that typical pumpkin cinnamon scent. The candle is able to fill my whole bedroom with a nice scent that lingers after the candle is blown out. Some candles dont seem to give off a huge scent payoff so its always nice to find one that will make your whole room smell great!

I am loving that it is now fall and I can use all of my seasonal candles. Prior to this one, I just finished off a Leaves candle, which is a well known cult favourite. Do you have any recommendations for me for new fall candles? I haven't checked any of the new ones yet this year!
